Everything you need to integrate SignupGuard into your application. Protect your platform from fake signups, disposable emails, and fraudulent IP addresses.

What is SignupGuard?

SignupGuard is a fraud prevention API designed to stop fake signups, trial abuse, and low-quality registrations before they reach your database. By analyzing email addresses and IP addresses in real time, SignupGuard helps you identify and block disposable emails, temporary inboxes, VPN users, Tor exit nodes, data center IPs, and other high-risk signals.

The API is built for speed and accuracy. Each request is processed through multiple detection layers — including live DNS resolution, MX record analysis, threat intelligence databases, and geolocation services — to give you a comprehensive risk profile for every signup attempt.

Core Capabilities

Email Verification

Detect disposable, temporary, and throwaway email domains. Cross-reference against a continuously updated database of known disposable email providers and their associated MX records.

IP Intelligence

Analyze IP addresses for threat signals including VPN usage, proxy connections, Tor exit nodes, data center origins, and known abuser networks. Get geolocation and network ownership details.

Threat Database

Access a continuously growing intelligence database of disposable email providers, their domains, MX records, and IP addresses. Updated around the clock to catch new threats.
